1. Because the surface of silicone rubber pipe as inner liner is smooth and high temperature coating is very difficult to attach, the phenomenon of separation and blistering of high temperature resistant insulation coating layer and silicone rubber pipe often occurs in the production process, which leads to reverse work or scrap of products, which increases production cost; In addition, the composite sleeve of this structure needs to be inflated during the production process. After the high temperature insulation coating is soaked and deflated, if the silicone rubber pipe is separated from the high temperature insulation coating, the silicone rubber pipe will contract and sink, causing the pipe cavity to be blocked.

2. Because the glass fiber which is used as the outer tube of glass fiber woven sleeve contains a lot of chemical infiltrators, people are prone to handle and skin allergy in the process of use; In addition, the glass fiber woven sleeve is not easy to dissolve and loosen under the hot environment of 700 ℃ -120 ℃, which affects the foaming and heat insulation effect of the heat insulation coating layer which is soaked on the inner liner.
