Glass fiber is a kind of fibrous lightweight refractory material with the advantages of light weight, high temperature resistance, good thermal stability, low thermal conductivity, small specific heat and mechanical vibration resistance. Therefore, it has been widely used in machinery, metallurgy, chemical industry, petroleum, transportation, shipping, electronics and light industry, Its application in aerospace, atomic energy and other advanced science and technology departments is also increasing, and its development prospect is very promising.

     Glass fiber fireproof cloth is a kind of glass fiber cloth, belt, rope and other products made of glass fiber spun cotton yarn and reinforced wire (glass fiber or alloy steel wire). The product has high strength, good flexibility and strong processability. It not only has high temperature heat insulation performance, but also has the flexibility of ordinary textiles.

      In view of the existing production technology of glass fiber, how to improve the product quality and reduce the consumption of raw materials is an urgent technical problem to be solved by those skilled in the art.

A production method of fireproof cloth includes:

(1) Material:

Providing a raw material cotton bag for beating the raw material cotton; The beating treatment includes bagging, opening, mixing, cleaning and beating treatment;

(2) Combed hair:

The fluffy cotton block obtained in step (1) is evenly supplied to the carding machine for carding treatment to obtain yarn sliver; The carding treatment includes carding, impurity removal, mixing and yarn forming treatment;

(3) Spinning:

Drawing the sliver to obtain a whisker;

Twisting the drawn whiskers;

(4) Blended yarn:

Combining two or more single yarns obtained in step (3) to obtain strands;

(5) Guide tube:

Winding the strand on the bobbin to form a large capacity and well formed bobbin, and removing the defects and impurities on the strand at the same time;

(6) Weaving:

According to the specifications of textile fabrics, the strands on the guide cylinder are spun into fireproof cloth by using a loom.
